General

The services of this online store (https://www.ajokoe.fi/en, hereinafter referred to as the Online Service) are sold by Youlearn it oy (hereinafter: the Company), Business ID: 2508555-7.

Our services can be purchased by individuals of legal age or companies in Finland and the EU area. The prices shown on the website include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices.

Ordering

Products can only be ordered via the internet at https://www.ajokoe.fi/en. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the user, stating the order price, delivery costs, and the products ordered. Receiving the order confirmation requires providing an email address during the order process. With each order, the customer agrees to the currently valid terms and conditions. The services purchased by the user are made available to the user in digital format once the user has paid for the ordered product and logged into the online service.

Order number
Receipt of payment
Information regarding the ordered digital services

Through the user account on our website, you can review the content of the order and download the receipt/invoice again.

Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) acts as the payment mediation service provider and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc will appear as the payee on the bank statement or card invoice and forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, we ask that you primarily contact the product supplier.

Delivery Time

Ordered products are activated immediately after a successful payment transaction for the username with which the order was placed. Activation may sometimes take several minutes due to technical reasons.
The digital services on this site are available from the moment of ordering until their usage period expires. At the time of ordering, the consumer has chosen a usage period suitable for them. If the consumer wishes to continue using the service after the usage period has ended, they must place a new order.

Technical Requirements for Digital Service

Using the online service requires a functional internet connection and an up-to-date web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). The service can be used on computers, tablets, and smartphones. The Company automatically publishes security and functionality updates to the service without separate notice. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or within the service. The content of the service does not require the installation of separate software or applications.

Right of Return and Order Cancellation

Consumer customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days if the delivery/use of the service has not been started.

By confirming the order and agreeing to the immediate start of the service, you give your express consent to begin the service and confirm your understanding that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the service has been accessed.

The right to use the service begins, and the right of withdrawal ends, when the user starts using the content after giving express consent.
We will refund the amount paid by the user if the order was made by mistake and the user has not yet accessed the paid sections of the site.

The owner of the Web Service has the right to cancel the transaction at any time, in which case the user will be notified by email and the paid funds will be refunded in full.

Cancellation Form

If the right of withdrawal is valid, you can use the website's contact form OR the "Cancel order" -button available on the site when you are logged in. (log in using the user account which has active order)
You can cancel the order by going to "Manage orders" from the home page. Then select "Cancel".
At the bottom of the following page, you will find the "Cancel order" button, which you can press to cancel your order.
If the product has been used, the "Cancel order" function may no longer be available.

Liability for Defects and Complaints

The Company is responsible for defects in the digital service in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. If a defect appears in the service, please contact us by email (Info (at) youlearn.fi). The Company primarily has the right to correct the defect or provide new material. If the defect is not corrected within a reasonable time, the consumer has the right to a price reduction or cancellation of the contract in accordance with Chapter 5 a of the Consumer Protection Act.

Settlement of Disputes

Finnish law applies to the use of the service and the interpretation of the terms of use. If a dispute regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can contact consumer advisory services (www.kkv.fi/en/consumer-advice/). The consumer can also refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Additionally, the consumer can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
